Deep Ellum Market Pops Up on Main, Closes Street Dallas October 15, 2012 - The Deep Ellum Outdoor Market will once again take place on Saturday, October 20 from 11am to 5pm on the 2800 block of Main St. DEOM will close down the street from Malcolm X to Crowdus to make way for local vendors, live music, and a few food trucks.
New to the Market this month is the "Vintage Village", which features some of the areas best vintage clothes vendors, including the Vintagemobile, Sugar Derby, Rapid City Vintage, and Whiskey Vintage. All other vendors are based in DFW and make their own products, some of whom can be found on our Pinterest page: http://pinterest.com/
Local bands from DFW are set to play throughout the day. The Birds of Night from Denton will kick things off followed by The Holler Time, also from Denton. Foxtrot Uniform from Ft. Worth will be the final act.
Bombay Chopstix, Eat Jo Dawgs, and the Butcher's Son food trucks will be rolling out for the event. Zen Bistro and Ferralog Musical Services will host pop up bars along the street.
The Deep Ellum Market is free to attend, and dogs are welcome as well.
