Chef DAT to Create Dinner at Fort Worth Food Park

This afternoon I received an exciting email from Chris Kruger, owner of the Fort Worth Food Park.  The email states: 

On Wednesday, June 20th the Fort Worth Food Park will be teaming up with Chef David Anthony Temple (aka Chef DAT) and Hunter Johnson, owner of the City Street Grille Food Truck, for a very special evening at the Food Park.  

Chef DAT will be creating a unique 5-course dinner experience using local seasonal ingredients.  Those that have attended his Underground Dinner events ( already know his suppers are not to be missed.

Also, on hand will be Brad Hensarling, owner and cocktail extraordinaire of the Usual and The Chat Room, serving up a delicious cocktail.  Live music will be provided by Chris Johnson of Telegraph Canyon.  A portion of the proceeds will go toward a local farmer's initiative.

Tickets are $75/person and go on sale Wednesday, June 6th.  Tickets will be available at the Food Park and online.  The event is BYOB if anyone desires something beyond the cocktail.

This should be a truly unique experience and Fort Worth is lucky to be hosting Chef DAT, so don't miss it!


I am very excited about this event, where all the food will be prepared on the City Street Grille Truck, one of my favorite trucks and I have heard that Chef DAT's cooking is absolutely amazing. This is going to be such a fun event for everyone!.
