So-Cal Tacos- After months of telling us "its a process, not an event", So-Cal's opening day event is approaching. Good Karma Kitchen - By the end of October, gluten intolerant people will no longer have to wonder if food trucks are safe for them. Good Karma will be the Metroplex's first exclusively gluten free food truck and will also be all vegetarian. The truck is in its build out stage right now, pictures are being posted on the truck designer's website, www.cruisingkitchens.com. October has always been my favorite month but October 2011 is setting up to be the best October ever in DFW. Its going to be so nice to sit out in the cool fall air at one of the many trucks in DFW and enjoy tasty food and beautiful weather.
